During the ceremony, graduates will be called up one at a time based on the program from which they have graduated. Event staff will guide you on where to line up.
Following a brief introduction by Alexi Drouin, Vice President of Quantum University, you will be called onto the stage. You will walk the coveted red carpet toward the stage, receive your lei, and proceed onto the stage. Dr. Paul Drouin, President of Quantum University, will present you with your diploma cover. A photo will be taken with Dr. Paul Drouin, and then another photo will be taken separately. You will then exit the stage.
Approximately 45 minutes prior to the commencement of the ceremony at 1:15 pm, event staff will conduct a rehearsal of the graduation protocol to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for all attendees.
The dress code for the Graduation Ceremony is sophisticated and semi-formal or upscale Aloha attire. Please refrain from wearing jeans or beachwear. This is your special graduation moment, so feel free to dress to impress. We’ll be capturing numerous photos, so we encourage you to put your best foot forward. Keep in mind, you’ll be wearing the same outfit for the evening portion, so opt for comfort as well.
